It is pretty much simple from admin side of use. Application will take the attendance records for every employee and base on working hours calculate the total wage for certain period of time. Input from the application admin is minimal and the calculation is done by few clicks on the button.
Asario recognizes two different types of employees based on earnings: Horly employees and Salaried employees. Based on that the application can perform accounting for these two wage types.
A salaried employee is a person who receives a fixed and regular compensation for the services provided to the company regardless of the time it takes to perform the services.
Hourly employees are compensated by a set hourly rate which is multiplied by the hours worked during any given pay period. For example, if a worker has an hourly rate of $10 and works 40 hours in a given week, then their wages for that period would be 40 X $10 or $400.
