Basic employees roles

For each employee, you can define different access rights for Asario. By default, they have access to:

Employee self-service portal. Where they have information about theirs working hours and overview of theirs earnings
Absence portal. Where they can see theirs absences and sent requests to new ones.
Other rights you can add or remove on theirs profiles.

Employee module roles

Employee viewer: Can see on-site hours, off-site hours, absences, overtime. With finance, this role can access to earnings, debts and other finance information
Employee editor: Can edit on-site hours, off-site hours, absences, overtime. With finance, this role can edit to earnings and others information and do payment
Absence viewer: Can see all request for absences but can't approve them, or change anything
Employee portal: Basic roll that allow each employee to see just information related to him
Absence portal: Basic roll that allow each employee to see just his absence request and sent requests to new ones.

Projects module roles

Project viewer: Can see everything related to projects, but can't change. With finance, this role can access all finance information relating to project
Project editor: Can change projects. With finance, this role can change project information
Client viewer: Can see everything related to clients. With finance also can see finance information.
Client editor: Can change everything related to clients. With finance also can change finance information.
Equipment viewer: Can see all equipment information. With finance also can see finance information.
Equipment editor: Can edit all equipment information. With finance also can change finance information.
Materials viewer: Can see all material's information. With finance also can see finance information.
Materials editor: Can change all material's information. With finance also can change finance information.

Dashboard editor: Can see and change dashboard information about company
Company viewer: Can see company information

Frequently Asked Questions

In order to track employees attendance on site you need to enable employees to clock in when they arrive to work and to clock out when they are leaving. Asario is providing your employees with three options to clock in to work:

1. Using RFID cards
2. Using PIN number
3. Using mobile application

Asario Terminal mobile application allows your employee to clock in and out from work from enywhere in the world. Yes. Asario keeps track of employees overtime work. In Asario you have the option to pay out the overtime work to employee or to transfer overtime hours to vacation.
